Product Description

Working Principle of Off-Grid Solar Power Generation System

1. Photoelectric Conversion Mechanism
Upon sunlight irradiation on solar panels, semiconductor materials inside absorb photon energy through the photovoltaic effect, triggering the generation of electron-hole pairs that establish an electric current. This process directly converts solar energy into direct current (DC).
2. Charging Regulation Process
DC power produced by solar panels is channeled into a controller, which monitors key parameters (including voltage and current) to adjust the charging sequence for the battery. This mechanism ensures safe charging operations while preventing overcharging damage.
3. Energy Storage Mechanism
Batteries store electrical energy via internal chemical reactions, transforming it into chemical energy for long-term storage. When sunlight is insufficient, the reverse reaction converts stored chemical energy back into electrical energy for system output.
4. Inversion and Power Conditioning
An inverter converts the DC power from batteries into standard alternating current (AC). It simultaneously regulates parameters such as voltage and frequency to optimize output quality, ensuring compliance with grid-compatible power standards.
5. Load Power Supply Dynamics
The AC power generated by the inverter is distributed to various electrical loads. The system dynamically balances and stabilizes power supply according to real-time load requirements, guaranteeing consistent operation of connected devices.
